Applied Behavior Analysis Behavior Technician — Part-Time

The Applied Behavior Analysis Behavior Technician role is onsite in Huntington Station, NY, and pays $22–$25 per hour. Lighthouse provides Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children with autism and other special needs, with a mission to support skill development, independence, and communication. The technician delivers one-on-one therapy under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst’s supervision. The role supports children’s progress by implementing individualized treatment plans, tracking outcomes, and coordinating with families and the interdisciplinary team.

What you'll do

• Implement ABA techniques under BCBA supervision
• provide one-on-one sessions following individualized treatment plans
• teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills
• collect data and document sessions
• collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team
• communicate progress and strategies to parents and caregivers
• participate in ongoing training and professional development.
