Commercial Construction Superintendent

What you'll do

• Review plans, specifications, site conditions, codes, and inspection procedures
• coordinate construction schedules and subcontractors
• monitor quality
• ensure materials arrive according to schedule
• resolve conflicts with owners, architects, and subcontractors and communicate them to the Project Manager
• maintain look-ahead schedules, daily logs, photographs, and weekly Procore reports
• complete paperwork
• schedule inspections
• coordinate punch lists and project closeouts.
