Catering Field Coordinator

Job overview

The Catering Field Coordinator role is onsite in Wendell, NC, with pay of $14–$16 per hour. City Barbeque is seeking support for planning and executing full-service and drop-off catering events. The coordinator organizes event logistics and staff so orders are accurate and on time and catering associates are prepared to set up and serve events. The role also supports the Catering Operations Manager and helps maintain event paperwork, equipment, and vehicles.

What you'll do

• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise hourly teammates and catering associates
• serve as lead manager on duty for full-service events as needed
• prepare event paperwork and maintain weekly drop sheets
• verify invoices and schedules
• coordinate special-item and paper-product needs with restaurant management
• maintain clean, organized catering equipment, areas, and vehicles
• communicate equipment needs.
