What you'll do

• Lead and develop the four-person Project Finance analysis team
• set modeling standards and review team models
• personally build and maintain models for selected transactions, including tax equity, debt, and M&A analyses
• advise internal deal teams, lenders, and tax equity investors
• present transaction economics
• resolve modeling and structuring issues
• improve tools, processes, and quality controls.
