The role also helps develop Studio Leads and may support instruction when certified or eligible for instructor certification.

What you'll do

• Partner with the General Manager and studio team on membership, retention, utilization, and revenue goals
• support sales initiatives, promotions, and community events
• welcome and orient new clients and follow up after class
• coach and develop Studio Leads
• resolve routine issues
• identify performance, training, or execution gaps and work with the General Manager to address them
• provide class instruction as needed when certified or eligible to complete JETSET instructor certification.
