The Addiction Counselor role is onsite in Davenport, IA. Compensation is $24.44 per hour for bachelor’s-level starting pay or $27.77 per hour for master’s-level starting pay; pay is based on education, experience, and credentials. The role supports addiction treatment services for clients and families at Rosecrance Jackson Centers. The counselor provides individual, group, and family counseling, develops treatment plans, identifies clinical and case-management needs, and connects clients with community recovery resources. The work helps clients and families incorporate recovery into daily life while supporting safe, ethical treatment.

What you'll do

• Conduct individual, group, and family counseling and educational sessions
• complete psychosocial assessments and treatment plans
• identify clinical and case-management needs
• educate clients and support members about treatment and recovery
• coordinate community resources
• maintain compliant client records and staff communications
• participate in team meetings and workshops
• assume scheduled on-call responsibilities.

Why this role

Sign-on bonus available: $8,000 for non-license tCADC/CADC and $10,000 for first- or second-level license. Annual certification and clinical-license incentives are also listed.
