What you'll do

• Oversee branch operational functions and assigned associates
• conduct branch operational reviews
• oversee quality control reviews and assessments
• monitor corrective action plans and remediation
• report results and trends to leadership. Direct branch cash management, cash recycler administration, and operational systems administration. Coordinate quality controls, risk assessments, audits, and regulatory examinations with internal and external partners. Deliver operational training, maintain procedures, identify process improvements, and lead or participate in cross-functional initiatives.
