What you'll do

• Lead Club Managers and Assistant Managers
• set goals and performance standards
• conduct club visits, walkthroughs, and leadership meetings
• coach managers and support succession planning
• monitor staffing, scheduling, cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and compliance
• review member feedback, sales, retention, and operational reports
• support hiring, onboarding, training, payroll accuracy, and expense control.
