What you'll do

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve first- and third-party claims, including bodily injury and litigated claims
• analyze claim exposure and determine appropriate actions and settlements
• communicate with insureds, claimants, agents, attorneys, physicians, vendors, and other parties
• maintain accurate claim documentation
• settle claims within assigned authority and refer larger exposures to the Claims Manager
• manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
