Flight Test Team Lead

What you'll do

• Manage flight test team members, including pilots and engineers, and maintain task schedules
• coordinate test activities across disciplines
• participate in experimental aircraft or unmanned vehicle operations following appropriate training
• prepare and review test plans, instructions, limitations, and post-flight reports
• coordinate aircraft and equipment configuration
• implement safety and risk mitigation procedures
• ensure team training for manned and unmanned operations and telemetry room staff.
