Job overview
The Principal Account Executive - Enterprise is an onsite role based in Dover, DE, covering the South Central region. The base salary range is $145,000–$160,000 per year with OTE of $290,000–$320,000. This role supports the Enterprise sales team at iCIMS. This position is responsible for driving new logo acquisition by building value-based sales plans, researching target accounts, and leading the entire sales process for large enterprise organizations.
