Installation Coordinator

Job overview

The Installation Coordinator works onsite in High Point, NC, and pays $22–$23 per hour. The role supports Pella Carolina customers and employees throughout post-sales installation activities.

What you'll do

• Welcome customers and explain the installation process and tentative timeline
• respond to calls and emails
• manage project timelines and adjust schedules and product readiness
• confirm customer readiness
• coordinate installation schedules with technicians, installers, and internal departments
• provide project updates
• arrange recovery orders and follow-up visits when additional work or materials are needed
• collect final customer payments before installation per contract
• and process completion paperwork.
