What you'll do

• Lead and supervise dental operations across SHCC sites
• collaborate with the Dental Director and operations leadership on purchasing, contracts, and strategic planning
• fill in as a Dental Assistant when needed
• monitor financial, operational, and clinical performance
• develop training programs, performance standards, and orientation schedules
• coordinate with the front office on patient scheduling and experience
• oversee inventory, equipment maintenance, credentialing, staffing, hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• drive quality improvement and compliance.

Why this role
