The Therapist (LCSW, MFT, CMHC) role is onsite in Provo, UT; compensation is not specified. The therapist supports Spark Academy, a residential treatment program focused on neurodiversity and adolescents ages 13–18. The role exists to provide individualized and group therapeutic care that addresses students’ treatment needs and supports long-term success. It coordinates treatment planning with students, families, and the Treatment Team, while helping families participate in care.

What you'll do

• Serve as primary therapist for an assigned caseload of up to eight students if full-time
• assess and develop treatment plans with students, parents, and the Treatment Team
• provide weekly individual and family therapy and crisis intervention as needed
• plan and conduct group therapy twice weekly
• lead weekly Treatment Team meetings
• communicate with parents, guardians, and associated professionals.
