The Nurse Manager – Medical Intensive Care Unit role is onsite in Houston, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and no weekend requirements. Compensation is not specified; a sign-on bonus is available. The manager leads the Medical Intensive Care Unit at a 445-plus-bed acute care hospital. The role oversees unit operations and clinical performance, supports evidence-based care and continuous improvement, and coordinates patient care with providers, surgeons, and other clinical staff. It also promotes accurate documentation, patient and family education, safety, quality, and staff development.

• Lead daily MICU operations and clinical performance
