What you'll do

• Engage families in program services and activities that promote school readiness and parenting skills
• help families establish and pursue goals
• organize events in response to family needs and interests
• conduct relationship-based home visits and enrollment meetings
• provide resource information and referrals
• complete monthly reports and track family progress
• comply with Bauer policies, state licensing, and Head Start performance standards
• attend required staff and professional development meetings.
