What you'll do

• Oversee daily site operations and serve as liaison between the site, CDR Health, and medical leadership
• support staffing, supplies, and equipment availability
• train staff and monitor testing procedures
• provide break relief and assist with specimen collection as needed
• supervise CNAs and LPNs
• educate patients about conditions, medications, and treatment plans
• maintain electronic medical records
• conduct intake screenings and nursing assessments
• administer medications and provide injections, wound care, and chronic disease management
• triage sick-call complaints
• monitor high-risk patients
• respond to emergencies with ACLS/BLS care
• enforce infection-control standards
• document refusals and escalate concerns
• participate in suicide-watch procedures and referrals.
