What you'll do

  • develop legal strategies
  • handle removal defense, federal immigration litigation, and family-based immigration matters
  • draft motions, briefs, responses to RFEs and NOIDs, and other filings
  • prepare clients for USCIS interviews and court hearings
  • conduct legal research
  • collaborate with attorneys, legal assistants, and client relations professionals
  • maintain case files and notes
  • communicate guidance and advocacy to clients.
