What you'll do

• Address commercial customer inquiries
• prepare quotes for projects above COD thresholds
• present project details and proposals to project managers
• follow up on project progress and customer satisfaction
• develop recurring preventative-maintenance contracts
• train and coach commercial service coordinators on invoice management and customer follow-up
• and assist with payment collection as needed.
