What you'll do

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces against brand and safety standards
• help develop quality standards, SOPs, and inspection practices
• document results and report findings to leadership
• partner with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Front Office on corrective actions
• monitor third-party housekeeping and laundry contractors
• maintain linen and housewares inventory
• support audit readiness
• assist with guest recovery and lost-and-found
• help train team members.
