What you'll do

• Build and maintain cloud data infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, object storage, lakehouse layouts, catalogs, lineage, versioning, and data access systems
• design data warehouses and lifecycle processes for clinical and molecular data
• develop reproducible omics workflows
• build data quality checks, biological validation, and visualizations
• create versioned interfaces for model-training datasets and partner delivery
• own reliability, observability, security, compliance controls, cost optimization, CI/CD, and workload orchestration.
