The Maintenance Technician — Student Living is an onsite, full-time role in Champaign, IL. Pay is $21–$22 per hour. The technician helps maintain the property’s condition and appearance by completing repairs, responding to work orders, supporting unit turns, and maintaining grounds. What you'll do

• Participate in daily property operations
• respond to work orders
• maintain grounds and exteriors as needed
• support the turn and make-ready process
• conduct health and safety inspections
• inspect units for move-in readiness
• follow company policy and applicable safety and fair housing laws
• perform hands-on maintenance
• assist the Maintenance Supervisor with property improvements. Rotating on-call duty and some weekend availability are required.

Why this role

Requires at least one year of maintenance experience; plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and HVAC certification are preferred. Must live within 30 minutes of the property and have a valid driver’s license.
