Hospice Account Executive / Patient Care Advocate

What you'll do

• Develop referral growth across the assigned territory
• build relationships with physicians, facilities, payors, and community agencies
• create and evaluate territory plans
• make sales calls and presentations
• discuss home care services and needs with patients and families as needed
• maintain customer and competitor profiles, call logs, and follow-up plans
• prepare monthly referral tracking reports
• participate in hospice education and marketing activities as requested. Local travel is required
