What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following site procedures
• verify authorized entry and document visitor and contractor information
• direct vehicles as appropriate
• respond to access-control concerns, inquiries, incidents, and critical situations
• conduct routine and random patrols of entrances, common areas, and perimeter locations
• maintain logs, incident reports, and shift activity records.
