What you'll do

• Plan and manage Fire Watch and Tank Watch support, including deployment, scheduling, and performance oversight
• ensure fire prevention and confined-space protocols comply with NAVSEA Standard Items, OSHA regulations, and company policies
• lead hazard analyses, risk assessments, and emergency readiness
• coordinate with government representatives and stakeholders
• maintain logs, permits, training records, and incident reports
• oversee onboarding, training, and performance evaluation
• ensure safety equipment is inspected and operational.
