The Board Certified Behavior Analyst role is on the road in Bremerton, WA. Compensation is $75–$80 per hour. The position joins Roman Empire ABA Services' expanding clinical team and supports its ABA services. The BCBA oversees clinical services and treatment quality for an assigned caseload, strengthens consistent clinical practices, and develops training and supervision programs. The role also collaborates with clinical leadership on agency growth, contract fulfillment, and staff efficiency.

What you'll do

• Oversee implementation and quality of clinical services for an assigned caseload, including quality assurance and standardization of clinical models and programs
• support consistent implementation of clinical policies and procedures
• develop and enhance clinical training and supervision programs
• collaborate with the Clinical Team and CEO on growth, contract fulfillment, and staff efficiency initiatives
• maintain community presence in behavior analytic and related associations
• promote ethical behavior and BACB standards
• create training curricula.
