What you'll do

• Write CNC turning and mill-turn programs at the machine and offline
• program, set up, and operate DMG MORI equipment
• design and build custom workholding
• interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions
• select and install cutting tools
• troubleshoot machining issues and adjust parameters
• inspect and measure parts
• perform routine maintenance
• follow safety procedures and PPE/lockout-tagout protocols
• maintain production and quality records
• report deviations
• and participate in training and process improvement.
