• evaluate, assess, plan, and provide physical therapy treatment
• delegate and supervise therapist assistants and technicians
• assist with staffing, scheduling, orientation, training, and communications
• maintain communication with hospital departments
• support performance measurement and continuous improvement
• mentor staff and develop clinical skills.
