Foreman — Drywall and Metal Framing

What you'll do

• Lead and develop drywall and metal framing crews
• conduct daily crew and safety meetings
• interpret blueprints and construction documents
• coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and workflow
• monitor productivity
• collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
• inspect work and implement corrective actions
• maintain daily reports and production records
• identify and address job-site hazards
• communicate progress, needs, schedule impacts, and risks.
