The Software Engineer II, Managed Platform Services role is a full-time, onsite position in San Francisco, CA. Compensation is $140,000–$165,000 per year, plus bonus; restricted stock units are included in offers. Crusoe’s mission is to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence through AI infrastructure. The engineer builds and scales customer-facing Crusoe Cloud platforms and managed services, contributing reliable cloud products that help customers use AI compute. The role owns software components and features across their lifecycle, improves operational health and performance, and collaborates with engineering, support, site reliability, and product teams.

What you'll do

• Build and scale core cloud infrastructure services
• design durable, reliable, scalable platform services
• collaborate across engineering, cloud support, site reliability, and product teams
• develop features across the software lifecycle
• own and maintain software modules
• improve monitoring, logging, alerting, and automation
• troubleshoot production failures and performance bottlenecks
• mentor teammates and review code.
