What you'll do

• Teach pre-team/CARA team gymnastics progressions, technique, and routines on all four events.
• Spot participants appropriately, keep students in view, and enforce safety and program rules.
• Set up, take down, and inspect equipment.
• Inform parents about student accomplishments or difficulties.
• Attend staff meetings, spotting clinics, CARA meetings, and training.
• Respond to emergencies, administer first aid as needed, and complete incident reports.
• Assist with two events per calendar year in addition to scheduled shifts.
