The Personal Support Specialist (PSS) — Hancock County role is onsite in client homes in Northeast Harbor, ME, and pays $17.00–$20.00 per hour. The role exists to help clients with daily living needs according to their authorized care plans. The specialist provides personal care, mobility assistance, household and meal support, companionship, and timely reporting and documentation while following safety, infection-control, and confidentiality requirements.

What you'll do

• Assist with personal care, mobility and transfers, care-related household tasks, meal preparation and errands, companionship, and daily routines. Observe and report changes or safety concerns
• follow each client’s service plan, complete documentation, follow infection-control and safety guidelines, protect confidentiality, respond appropriately to emergencies, and attend required training.

Why this role
