Senior Construction Estimator

What you'll do

• Prepare detailed cost estimates from drawings and specifications

• research market pricing and maintain subcontractor and supplier relationships
• review subcontractor bids
• maintain cost databases
• assist with proposals and bid presentations
• mentor junior estimators
• track industry developments
• and contribute to project reviews.
