Beverage Industry Sanitation Technician

Job overview

The Beverage Industry Sanitation Technician role is onsite in Frostproof, FL. Compensation is $17.50 per hour, with a new-hire bonus program of up to $500. The sanitation team supports Sunny Sky Products’ beverage manufacturing operations and product quality. The technician cleans and sanitizes processing and production equipment using established sanitation procedures, including clean-in-place processes. The role also handles general plant sanitation and documents completed work to help maintain a clean facility.

What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize processing and production equipment according to SSOPs
• use the CIP process for fillers, tanks, pasteurizers and valves
• remove and clean filters, screens, hoses and other equipment items
• perform general plant sanitation, including refuse removal, sweeping and floor cleaning
• document completed tasks and coordinate with department employees.
