The Charge Nurse (LPN/RN) role is onsite in La Jara, CO, with pay of $32–$42 per hour. Compensation includes access to earned wages through Daily Pay. Rio Grande Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center provides resident care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The Charge Nurse coordinates and supervises nursing care during the shift, administers prescribed medications and treatments, monitors residents, and communicates changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
