What you'll do

• Maintain and improve golf course areas
• review course conditions and capital improvement needs with customers
• manage inventory and purchase equipment and supplies
• initiate repair and maintenance work orders
• solicit and evaluate contractor proposals and monitor performance
• maintain payroll, weather, maintenance, inspection, and application records
• develop and monitor annual and 10-year capital budgets
• plan, assign, schedule, and review staff work
• hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff
• attend board meetings and professional events as required
• direct snow removal and support workplace safety.
