What you'll do

• Negotiate Local Negotiated Rates with frequently used hotels
• build relationships with hotel sales teams, revenue managers, and property leadership
• review hotel usage and booking needs
• negotiate room rates, cancellation terms, fees, blackout dates, and contract conditions
• review and renegotiate existing agreements when appropriate
• compare pricing and market conditions
• track rates, agreements, renewals, and contacts
• coordinate internally
• resolve rate discrepancies and contract issues
• report negotiation progress and savings.
