What you'll do

• Install conduit, wiring, and devices for fire alarm, access control, and video surveillance systems
• coordinate field activities across trades and maintain as-built documentation
• interpret blueprints and construction documents
• lead field crews and schedule onsite resources
• ensure equipment and materials are available
• mentor and train technicians and helpers
• communicate with internal teams and customers
• identify field changes and scope gaps and collaborate with project managers on change orders
• conduct installation reviews and quality checks.
