What you'll do

• Communicate with vendors, facilities, supervisors, and peers
• assist with credit card and ACH discrepancies
• review vendor statements
• assist with weekly check runs and monthly close
• handle complex ordering requests and special projects by deadlines
• use PointClickCare, OnCare, and SAGE knowledge as applicable
• manage priorities and provide customer service.
