What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and site policies
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations according to site protocols
• conduct regular and random patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter
• monitor access points and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations
• document daily activities, incidents, and observations and communicate relevant information during shift transitions.
