The Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician is an onsite, part-time role serving clients within a 20-mile radius of the employee’s primary home ZIP, with a stated pay range of $23–$32 per hour based on education, certification, and experience. Nurture & Nature ABA is a BCBA-owned, clinician-led organization focused on ethical, high-quality care and sustainable growth. The technician provides individualized ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, supporting communication, social, and adaptive skills through evidence-based strategies while collecting data and collaborating with supervisors and families.

What you'll do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings
• implement individualized programs under BCBA supervision
• use NET, DTT, PRT, and FCT strategies
• support communication, social, and adaptive skill development
• collect data and maintain documentation
