What you'll do

• Serve as the primary Student Accounts contact for high school billing
• prepare invoices and documentation
• facilitate sponsor payments
• answer sponsor and student questions
• set up accounts and link vouchers
• review delinquent accounts and reconcile vendor accounts
• process student refunds
• maintain procedures and website information
• support year-end closing and audit requests
• and meet fiscal deadlines.
