What you'll do

  • Lead and develop a team of quality engineers or technical specialists
  • oversee quality assurance for product design and product quality processes
  • ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the quality management system
  • own related quality system procedures and serve as a subject matter expert during audits and inspections
  • monitor complaint data and lead root-cause corrective actions
  • establish and report KPIs
  • drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams
  • collaborate with research and development, marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance.
