What you'll do

• Assist with month- and year-end close
• maintain the general ledger
• support compliance reporting
• assist with job costing and project tracking in Procore
• reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• prepare journal entries and schedules
• support prevailing-wage tracking, change orders, EPC administration, subcontractor onboarding and compliance, COI tracking, and Procore administration.
