What you'll do
- Administer skilled nursing care to hospice patients under an individualized plan of care delegated by an RN.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition, reinforce RN-provided teaching, document services and clinical notes, participate in interdisciplinary meetings, and coordinate with the RN and care team.
