What you'll do

• Set digital media strategy and channel plans
• lead and develop Digital Marketing Managers
• manage portfolio budgets, forecasting, pacing, and allocation
• establish channel standards
• review campaign structure and optimization
• build testing plans
• analyze campaign, website, ticketing, and sales performance
• strengthen measurement and reporting
• coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and partners
• prepare plans and executive recommendations
• evaluate emerging platforms and tools
• and improve processes and cross-market collaboration.
