Copier Field Technician

The Copier Field Technician role is onsite in Reno, NV; pay is $24–$30 per hour, depending on experience. What you'll do

• Service machines for assigned major and escalated accounts
• perform service calls identified on activity reports and provide technical assistance to other service-team members
• maintain technical knowledge of supported products
• meet team productivity, inventory-integrity, and financial targets
• recommend service training needs to the Branch Technical Manager
• assist Sales with demonstrations when requested.
