What you'll do

• Learn agency processes, account management, integrated strategies, and the Apollo platform
• prepare meeting agendas, reporting decks, and client communications
• participate in and document client meetings and calls
• communicate deliverable status to account teams
• assist with client questions and production issues
• organize deliverables around client goals
• maintain client consumer portals
• learn manufacturer compliance and co-op requirements
• support account management tasks and proactively work ahead on deliverables.
