What you'll do

• Install, maintain, repair, and rekey mechanical and electronic locks and door hardware
• administer access control levels, schedules, credentials, and permissions
• troubleshoot readers, electronic locks, alarms, and related devices
• maintain key and security records
• conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
• respond to service requests and security incidents
• support system testing and upgrades
• collaborate with campus teams and contractors
• and provide technical guidance to authorized personnel.
