It contributes by coordinating crews, commissioning wireless systems, troubleshooting performance, documenting work, and ensuring safe, specification-compliant installations.

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate Tech I personnel and subcontractors onsite
• install, configure, and commission DAS, small-cell, and public-safety radio systems
• perform RF testing, troubleshooting, and optimization
• conduct site surveys
• terminate, splice, and test coaxial, fiber-optic, and Ethernet cables
• serve as onsite contact for project managers, customers, and building owners
• review scopes and drawings
• maintain installation and test documentation
• enforce safety requirements
• troubleshoot service calls
• mentor Tech I team members.
